Tangjiawan scenic spot is developed and constructed by Chengde County HENGWEI Tangjiawan Scenic Spot Development Co., Ltd., with a planned control area of 1106.37 hectares, including 27.71 hectares of water area. The scenic area is the largest Danxia landform Valley in Yanshan area. There are more than 20 Danxia peaks and mountains with different shapes, showing the uncanny craftsmanship of nature. Tianmen lake surrounded by green mountains is rippling with blue waves, which makes people relaxed and happy.

The scenic spot has developed into a large-scale comprehensive tourism and holiday destination integrating sightseeing, catering and entertainment, health care and elderly care, leisure and vacation, outdoor sports, parent-child entertainment and agricultural picking. It has been listed as a key project in Hebei Province for five consecutive years, and has been successively rated as a key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization in Chengde, a demonstration unit of sports industry in Hebei Province, and a demonstration unit of leisure fishery in Hebei Province.
